I'm just a recreational crabber that lives in Charles County, MD. I have the luxury of living within 20 miles of the Chesapeake Bay, Potomac and Patuxant rivers where crabs have always been plentiful. I haven't done any crabbing the last two years due to work but look forward to getting some time on the water this summer. I read that the crab population will double this year due to the warm winter. Bad news for the crabs...good news for us, lol.
I hope to gain some valuable information and tips on here and look forward to conversing with other memebers. Hope everybody has an enjoyable and prosperous crab season.
