I have heard stories of nice crabs off Collins beach up to woodland.  Commercial crabbers catching.  Has anyone heard of any chicken neckers having any luck?  Gonna try it soonest just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything.

Any info is appreciated.

So we went out with 30 box traps and hopes and dreams. We can home with an empty basket and lots of hopes for a fruitful summer. We caught about 18 3-4 inch males. Hopefully this spot will get hot this summer.

Ahh, betterluck next time.

I'm gonna leave some big pots out for the weekend and use traps on Sunday in the Port Mahon area. Hopefully they'll be there. I'll let you know Monday.
