Ugh, I hate hearing these reports. It is obvious that the bay needs a lot more than what we are contributing to it. Makes me sick to compare the Bay in John Smith's description of the bay compared to what it is now.

His big worry is stormwater runoff-- I would rather have the sewage problems at the top of the list.

If only more people saw the bay as we do, The sunrises/sunsets on the water , All the wildlife,  The waterman trying to make a living,  To me there is nothing better   I love be on the water  the crabs are just icing on the cake.  Something has to change if we are going to pass this down to our grandkids

This is nothing new, it's been ongoing for 40 years and getting worse for every one of those 40 years. too many people living in the watershed. when these organizations talk about storm water, sewage plants, farm runoff, all it is is lip service to get more money they say to help fix the problems, then the funds get taken to go into the general funds and spent balancing some other budget.

I can tell ya up this way I see lots and lots of holding ponds for runoff water. All most all new development as them. They even have the ole run off tax.
