Crabslayer as a rec I would gladly do that, why not use the current system in place for fishing surveys just add questions pertaining to crabbing.  As far as recs not taking any accountability we are no longer allowed to keep females.  Also we have boat limits.  How about admitting that restrictions on female harvest have increased dredge numbers which for all of its flaws is one of the best and longest lasting surveys going.

Hooray Crabs!! I guess this means O'Malley should be US President now!

He is so awesome that he caught the bushell of crabs in the picture below and look they are already steamed!! Wow !!
