Go to Mapquest, put in Burton Island DE. You will see that there are indeed two places called Burton Island. One of which is where the Power Plant sits.

Mapquest? You know how many times I've used them and they've been wrong? The state website it says the island the power plant sits on is Burton's Island Historical Ash Disposal area,or something like that.So there may be 2 of them. They just did a study of the water level around the power plant and it shows concerning levels of ARSENIC in the water.

Does anyone know if the island the power plant sits on is an artificial island? maybe that's why it's also named Burton's.

And VERY concerning levels of sponges this last week ,but hopefully they'll be a good sign for the future
