First, I sent an introduction, but I would like to know how I can post topics.  I have a few questions because I am new to crabbing and I would like to get feedback from other members.  Whenever I click on other categories the "New Topic" button doesn't show.  I assume there is some grace period or something that is preventing me from posting.
