I have been wondering what factors go into crabs finally being in "your river" or "your honey hole" to start the season.  I know water temperature has a lot to do with it.  Are the crabs already there just not feeding?  Do they migrate from the south up to the northern rivers and creeks?  Are they in deeper waters of the bay moving to the shallow creeks/rivers as it the water warms?  Thanks.

Great link, thanks for the insight.  Going north of the bridge this weekend in hopes of finding some starting to move in.
