Another day on the water with same results.
Crabs are not biting and nobody knows why.  But on a good note there are a lot of shrimp in Lk Pontchartrain.  Opening day is Monday 5-21 at 0600.  Maybe I'll have some shrimping reports. Wink

160 traps on a 4 day set
40 lbs. no. 1's, 20 lbs no. 2's,      12 lbs. females,   7 lbs factory= 79 lbs total

Lived on the lake my whole life. Crabs not nearly what it used to be. Often wonder if the resource is overfished.
