Got the blues 5/18/2012

We worked the striper holes at first light (Corsons Inlet area) with only one hit, then drifted for flatties and caught none.. Trolled bucktails came to the rescue with 13 nice 1 to 3 lb. blues. We used up a whole package of white/pink tails and lost 6 fish at the net.

PS ...It was a windy blast out there, with whitecaps and the water temp. was 63 to 66f.

ok Jonh...give a holler. Good to see blues and a few weaks in the back bays, we didn't see many last year. Only had one lure cut off by tge motorboat coybows yesterday. I hope the braiede line stayed out of his lower unit seals.

Thats why I fish the backbays and the creeks  Het them cowboys and it will just get worst as summer starts.  Nice job Rich on them blues

Thanks Kevin...wish I did as well with my typing but this silly little phone keyboard and my stubby fingers don't fit.Not to mention the recent cataract surgery, ect.
