Took the kids kayak crabbing and I broke out with hives. I ended up in the ER for some shots. I don't know what cause it.

how did you get reaction from? was it from water or things from kayak?

I am not sure what caused the allergic reaction. I suspect an insect bite, toxins in the water from a  jellyfish or a anti-fungal chemical that may be on my new PFD. It could be anything. I am not really a big fan of the infamous allergy test. So, for now I will just rely on the Epipen prescription that the Doc gave me.

ditto on that as my little one has severe allergic to peas, sunflower and fishes.
