Sadly yes.........was just in Marine park in RB and was disgusted by bait in ziplocks left to bake in sun on the grass, plastic DD cups shoved in bushes, empty beer cans and wine bottle tossed under bushes....all within 50 ft of garbage can. This how NY has lost many good spots.    Cry
