Serves 2, double up recipe for more.
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente.
2 tablesps butter
1/2 lb cheese cut in small cubes. (we use sharp Cheddar & Colby but you can use your favorite cheese)
1 tablesp white sugar
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of either the crabmeat or small to med. shrimp then 1/2 cup of the other.

Preheat oven to 350* Cook Mac & drain well, stir in 1 tabsp butter. Line the baking dish with 1 tablesp. butter.
Mix Mac, cheese, sugar, egg, milk and seafood. Bake for 40-45 mins.
Top with crushed crackers or bread crumbs just before done.
