After a weekend of crabbing I decided to try something new with some left over crab meat. I'm not sure what to call it, but it was fantastic!!!

I didn't measure anything so you could doctor as you see fit.

1. 4 pcs of chicken breast thin sliced.
2. 1.5-2 cups of crab meat.
3. 1/2 cup mayo
4. 1 egg beaten.
5. 8-10 splashes of worcestershire.
6. 5-6 splashes of lemon juice.
7. A pinch or two of  Spinach & herb seasoning.
8. Salt & Pepper
9. Dry mustard.

Mix ingredients together and put it on top of chicken, place it in the oven on 425 for 30 mins or until crab meat starts to become golden brown.

I served it over rice pilaf.

Enjoy Smiley

Around here it's made with a thin slice of ham between the crab meat and chicken breast. It's called "Chicken Chesapeake". The local restaurants have been serving it for at least 15 years.

Take it out with about 5 minutes to go and top with some shredded mozz or mentery jack cheese and put it back in to melt.  You'll want it every week
