I will be visiting the Chincoteague, VA this weekend and am hoping soft shells are running wild. Has anyone had any luck? Good spots? Susan

I haven't seen a peeler in 2 weeks. Sad  But, that can change over night. Smiley

Are you looking to buy soft crabs?  Huh  If so take a drive over to Saxis.  Wink

Shore Seafood on Saxis Road in Saxis, look for Greg Linton (757-824-5517). Just drive to the end of Saxis Road.....kinda like driving to the edge of the world!  laugh. If you want to take a little longer ride, I would suggest Williams Seafood (757-787-2069) on Greenbush Road (Rt. 316) between Parksley and Onancock. Go thru Parksley until you come to the railroad tracks and turn left (South), it is about 4 miles south on your left. Farm property on the left with a sign out front. Your looking for Bobby Williams.

Get your soft shells and take your gal to lunch in Onancock.  Cheesy
