Would someone please help please. I am using razor clams for the 1st time and need a little more info or advice on the best method to use.I was instructed to use the bait bags with 2" PVC pipe so the rays wont crush the clams inside the bag then just fill the bag with the razor clams shell and all, tie the end to the bottom of the trap with a zip tie and watch the crabs poor in. Can anyone concure with this method or has a better suggestion?

What are you using topless traps?  If so just put 3 or 4 clams in the bag zip tie the ends and slip the bag into the bait holder.  Not really worth using clams in traps.  Better off with necks!
