"CAMBRIDGE, Md.- If you have not placed your orders for Maryland blue crabs yet you may want to do it soon, or else you run the risk of having a crabby Fourth of July holiday.

Everybody wants them but watermen are having a difficult time getting their hands on blue crabs. 

"Two-and-a-half weeks ago the supply was very good [but] since then it's dropped off and crabs go through these cycles," said Joe Brooks, co-owner of J.M. Clayton Seafood Company in Cambridge."

If prices are higher, what the he!! were they before?  Sooks=$20. #2=$20 now.

seems to be not much of a shortage....saw a jm clayton truck pull into the start/stop bar for our poker run today and drop of 35 bushels
