These Questions are for those who target Stone Crabs in SE Georgia, esp. the Cumberland River (ICW) water.
1.  What type of trap do you use?
2.  Is the Cudjoe trap legal?

The Cudjoe traps are legal in Flrida and is what everyone uses.
I don't see why they wouldn't be legal in GA but you should check with the DNR.

I know this is really late, but GA does not regulate the harvest of stone crabs. Grab them claws and enjoy!
