I am a new member of this forum as of 7/5/12. My name is Tom and I'm semi-retired in Chestertown MD. I grew up along the Jersey coast and love to sail, fish and catch crabs. I am interested in the restoration of the Bay and I'm involved in the Oyster Restoration Project of Washington College. I own a 19' CC and a small day sailer.
