Made our annual crabbing trip with the boys from Maggie O'neils Pub in Drexel Hill, Pa.
Arrived at 0600 hrs but had to wait out a storm that was slow rolling thru. Finally hit hollywood  at 0815 and had immediate success on the back half of the outgoing tide. Dropped 6 box traps and 4 handlines using chicken. Second cage pulled had 4 keepers(a first for me).
Not much action on handlines due to a strong current. Headed in at dead low tide(approx 1115 hrs) with approx 60 keepers.(under 5" and the ladies go back in the drink). Bugs weren't bad until about 11 when the sun popped out. All and all a great day with great company.
Lin and her staff were their usual great help. CJ would tow us where ever we wanted to move to( just don't forget to lay some gratuity on him....he's a good kid.
Hope to get out there later this week and get the one's I left behind.
have a great summer folks!
