According to the Delaware River Basin Commission
http://www.state.nj.us/drbc/hydrological/river/salt/
the salt line is a t mile 70 on the river which is just above the Salem river near Penn's Grove. Not quite to the Commodore Barry yet which is mile 82. It's 2 miles short of normal for this time of year.

i'm expecting a big jump northward with the next update this coming friday.
