My first (and last) visit to celtic crab house was possibly the worst experience I have ever had. I can not call this a dining experience, because we did not even get that far. I scheduled a reservation for 6;45pm on Monday July 23rd. I gave my person my phone number and asked them to let me know if they run out of crabs because we are specifically coming to get the all-you-can-eat crabs(we were coming from 40mins away). Upon arriving at 6:40, there was a sign on the door that said out of crabs. Astonished, I had to see for myself. I went inside and had to walk through the small, dirty, cramped place to the bar, since there was no one to great anyone at the door. Upon standing at the bar for 5 minutes the bar tender decided to acknowledge our existence. After getting her attention I told her we had a reservation for 6:45 for the crabs. She rolled her eyes at us and rudely asked if we saw the sign. I told her yes, but we had a reservation, and I had given my number to be informed if they had ran out of crabs. She told me she didn't take the reservation, then decided to start talking to someone else, not even asking if we were going to want a table still. I was really frustrated with the whole ordeal I told her "this is a great way to run a business." She then looked at the man she was talking to and yelled "this is the kind of rudeness i'm talking about." I was shocked that she had yelled something like that for the whole restaurant to hear. To my embarrassed girlfriends surprise, I was able to keep my cool and walk out with a little dignity.

I'm almost sure groupon has a like/dislike and or review set up on their site. Hit them where it hurts, buisnesses say the results these day's do have an impact on customers in this economy.
