Sometimes one needs to reduce the pound test they use for their leader. Fish become leader shy once they have been hooked enough. Yes it leads to playing them a bit longer, but the fight is more often then not very worthy. I did this with salmon in the Oswego River in New York.

Did not land too many but had a real blast playing them Wink

Posting pictures of of commercial only crabs, without an explanation of how you got them, gets you what? Your a fool if you think Maryland's DNR doesn't access this site.
Pictures on the internet will do a lot of things. They got extra restrictions put on Maryland's Striped Bass fishermen, on the catch and release spring season.

Thanks for the comment on the orange. I served with a few guys who have had a lot health trouble because of it. One is slowly dying of cancer right now.
Maybe you can fill us all in on your war service.

Explain? To you? Why? You havnt even answered my question i asked you 4 times.. Why ARE you on here? All my peelers were legal.. As much as i LOVE fishing, I'm not a huge fish eater, even though I keep a good bit of my catch but i just NEVER liked salmon at all...Maybe I cooked it wrong.
