Thanks for answers!

Definitely ,I'll use only pink and red sign now.
I was thinking in holding white signs because I could produce more softcrabs. It's totally wrong and now I could understand this.
In the summer months here in Brazil, I can get 50 to 70 dozens of pink and reds per day.
I've bought these pink and reds from 30 fishermen with small boats (boats with 15 to 20 feet are common here). Each fishermen normally catch around 50 dozens of live blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) per day but only a small % is good for me. In the other words, less than 5% of live crabs are pink or reds.
Our summer season is betwen December to February. Now is winter season and I stopped softcrab production in the end of May.I only will start softcrab production again ,in the end of August. So,during three months I can not produce here in the south of Brazil - Santa Catarina State - Florianopolis City.

Thanks for explanation!
André
