I've been meeting up with you over the past 4 years to get our crabs while visiting OBX.  I normally get 1 bushel, but this year we don't have as many crab pickers with us and I think a full bushel will be too much.
Can we get a 1/2 bushel from you? and how much would that cost?

Thanks for the quick reply Gene.  Approximately how many crabs in a 1/2 bushel?
If I remember correctly there were just about 100 crabs in last years bushel but
that bushel basket was BUSTING at the seams.

100 crabs in a bushel?  That must be because those NC crabs are much smaller than their MidNorthren cousins.   Grin Shocked laugh laugh

Just kiddin Gene.  I know you pack a bushel with the best available.

I hear a bushel of those 10" Louisiana crabs (that are caught on a regular basis) only contains about a dozen or so....at least that's what Timaeus told me... laugh laugh laugh
