Help! I want to go crabbing, but don't know where! I am not on a plantation. I do have a canoe, but dont want to buy a liscense to crab from it.  Does anyone know any locations where i could crab, and not get hassled? Where does everyone go fishing around here??

Thanks to anyone that can help.

A friend of mine who plays a lot of golf down in Hilton Head says that most of the water obstacles on the golf courses have blue crabs in them. Not sure that you could crab on a golf course, but I would imagine that any body of water that connects to the ocean would harbor blue crabs.
