Anybody know what the rule is for rec. crabbers using pots in NC?

without a permit you can use 1 pot but it must be tied off to a dock (private dock) or piere.

50 crabs per person/day or 100 crabs per vessel/day. The minimum length is 5" carapace width ( point to point). There are many piers in NC some even have web cams. My favorite is
www.oceancrestpier.com
This is located at Oak Island, NC. How the info. helps.
