Hey "Mudfisher" ----

Well, the only thing I found worth while here today was a good Ribeye and a "12 year Macallan". They actually had it on the back bar. I got it in a tulip glass - 'straight up' - with a glass of ice on the side. I kept the glass of ice real close in case the Scotch was goin to 'talk back' to me but it didn't. I didn't use the ice till the scotch was gone.

It was great. The best 'single' I've ever had. I think I'm not as sofisticated as you 'cause I think I still like a blend 'on the rocks' better ----- BUT ----- the 12 year Macallan was great and I could get some education soon!!!!!!!!

(Now ............. if they could only get some fresh crabs in the Rapid City/Mt. Rushmore area).

OK ---- South Dakota ----- 60+ degrees in March ----- and a sign that says "Great Steaks and Fun Cajun Food".  (Somethings just not right here).  Huh

Ya would think I learned my lesson last week in Mississippi and would have notice the Grain Elevator in the back ground of this place, (see attached picture).  Undecided

Well ---- a 'fair' steak and a 2 for 1 special on the Scotch. (Not a complete waste for the night). Nothin "CAJUN" worth while I could see unless ya counted the "Spiced White Bread" that came from the grain elevator!!!!

Can't wait for Nebraska tomorrow .......... (cough cough).
