Crab Pot Marker Buoys
Typical marker buoy
An endless sea of crabpot buoys
As more people consume crabs, commercial watermen are forced to drop an
ever increasing number of crab pots in order to catch them. So many, in fact, that some
creeks and rivers become clogged with pots (marker buoys) making navigation tricky. Be
advised that it is against the law to place crabpots with marker buoys inside navigational
channels. |
