Any crabs in the Intercoastal at OIB?

Anyone know if there are any crabs in the Intercoastal at OIB?  Coming down for Thanksgiving and was wondering if it was worth bringing a pot and some ring traps down to try and do some crabbing with the kids.  Thanks in advance

Always worth a shot- Try not to drop in the channel as there is lots of boat traffic and the current is strong also
