Chicken necks

Where can I buy checken necks in  NC a 40 lb box that are big enough to cut. The last few boxes I've bought have been very small and very little meat to them. I remember getting necks big enough for 3 pieces out of them. Any help would be appreciated on where to buy them.

Try calling your local butcher. They may not have them in stock but can order. I did this in my area, DE, and got a real nice box. It took an extra day, but I was not in a rush.

Contact the Piggly Wiggly closest to your destination. They have the most comprehensive offering of available meats in NC. I would skip on contacting Harris Teeter, Publix, or Food Lion.
