Fried blue crabs, my favorite recipe

These crabs where cleaned inside and stuffed with garlic, crushed red pepper, salt and a few drops of white wine. They marinated for a few hours and then fried in cast iron pans with canola oil. After cooking them we fried small pieces of bread in the crab oil.
