Crabbing Mouth of Rappahannock River

This Saturday (7/16) my family will be renting a house on the water at right about the mouth of the Rappahannock (Mosquito Point specifically).  We'll be bringing a boat.  Does anyone have any tips for a decent crabbing spot in the area?  I plan on bringing 20 or so of my topless traps.  Also, any decent flounder fishing in the area?  Thank you!
