Walmart in New Smyrna has them in stock.  I picked some up yesterday. About $9 for a set of 2 entrances.

I buy the wire ones local for a dollar each if I don't feel like bending the wire myself.

Big Thanks to SHELLFISH for directing me to the NSB Discovery Center that hands out free Turtle Excluders.   He even picked up the rest of what I needed(when I was out of state) to complete the install on all five traps.   They have limited stock some days.
