On vacation in corolla

I'm on vacation in a few weeks to corolla. I think we go down on Aug 16. It looks like there are no regulations on collapsible traps and I don't need a license to use them. Please tell me if Im wrong. Also is a trotline legal down there? It also looks like you are allowed 50 crabs per person with a max of 100 crabs per boat. If anyone can tell me any place I can launch my boat that would be very helpful. I dont need a ramp but a soft launch would be fine as well.
