Has anyone ever tried using shrimp for bait? If so how did it do? I was given a bag of freezer burned raw shrimp. was thinking of using it for crab bait.

 some comm crab potters use shrimp heads. i hear they work with a good soak.

For now. Until they decide shrimp farts are bad for the Earth's carbon levels too. Then they'll try to ban them with everything else. But until then, yes, crabs like shrimp.
