Commercial Refrigerators

I'm thinking about purchasing a commercial refrigerator.  Apparently I can keep it at 45-50 degrees.  Just wondering about dead loss. Any info is appreciated

i set my walkin bbox for 50 to 55 and it does well. it will drop to 48 at times and i;ve seen no problems. 45 seems too cold.

I would say those settings are right on the border of being too low. I don't like mine to go below 50 with 52-54 being my target range. As stated above mine has dropped down to 48 on occasions but hasn't stayed there for any long periods of time.
