Trixies ... NOT renting boats !!

Was checking out the marina websites to see if anything new this year, prices, Boating Certs. etc. and found this....

..[b]After much consideration, we have decided to no longer offer boats for rent.[/b] All other aspects of our marina will remain the same. Trixie's Landing and the Bergstedt family have been serving boaters on Barnegat Bay since 1948. We thank you for your generosity, encouragement and support throughout the good times and the challenging ones. We love our customers and look forward to seeing you soon.

I went there with my dad in the 1960's.  Wow,  I guess it a life some don't want.  The property will sell for millions on the water location.  Not bad.
