Tide and side

Does anyone here see a difference in areas to cacth on incoming vs. outgoing tides? For instance is the side of a creek or river better depending on  tides?

I can't say much for the difference in sides of a creek, but I will say that after sun breaks in the creek I crab on, the next peak in catch tends to come just before to right at low.  Not nearly as noticeable on a high.
