Celebrity Crabbers at Haulover Canal Today 7-1-24

We had the honor of meeting YouTube celebrities - 'The Old Couple Outdoors', Sam & Joyce, at the Haulover Canal ramp today. Swapped crab/fish stories for a while but the surface of the sun temps got the best of us. Good people! Hope to cross paths with them again. They went home with no crabs today.

Surprised they are this far south as they are usually up by the Tomoka! I watch their videos also.
Last year I saw the Jetty Rocks Fishing guy (Chris?) at Biolab.
I hit two spots yesterday in Oak Hill and New Smyrna for just 6 crabs. Man it was hot! Just ruthless!

How cool! We've all had those days where we come back empty-handed. Also surprised they can this far south. I invited them to come out to crab a few of my spots but they weren't interested. lol. Maybe i'll try again
