Md. Rule in females ?

I always thought a mature  female was legal regardless of size ?
   I was just ready through the regs because I will be crabbing soon, probably in the nanticoken , and what I read is that NO females can be kept.
  I would be recreational  with ring or open tops.

Recreational crabbers cannot keep females.  

A mature female, regardless of size, is legal to keep for commercial crabbers.
