Hi Guys
My son and I headed down to the Wye on Monday for our last (and only) crab hunt
before he goes back to college.  Rented a boat from Schnaitmans.
Dropped 25 traps with necks around the point to the right coming out from
Schnaitmans and a little further down river near the boathouse on the left side; probably 6-7'.
Not sure about tide; water was very warm.  Crabbed from 7am-11; then weather moved in and we
headed back.
Caught about 2 dozen but half were undersized.  Perfect for a nice dinner...
Is there anything better than crabbing' with your son on a beautiful day...wonderful
memory always.

Good luck Boys.

Glad to hear you got to take that trip with your son before he returned to college.  That memory will stay with him for many many years.  And you got to share a nice dinner that the two of you caught together. I haven't been to the Wye yet this year, thinking of taking a trip there soon though.
There's no place like roam!
