Like my man Kieth, I took a shot at crabbing in some undeniable heat!!!  ,     Was a little disappointing to find mostly 5-51/2 inchers back again after an up-tick to 6+  last week.  Only took home 20 @  51/2 "   Hope the big boys come around soon  I did have a couple 61/2 white bellies though ,which I hope says the big ones are coming .  Like CT crabby crabber said , it was an exhausting hot day for sure , but the turtles did not care ,,lol !

Sorry to hear the Big Boys are MIA so far  
Boy July was either roasting or raining and August is not looking much better so far.
Don't know if I will get any crabbing in this year as I messed up my shoulder in June and it is Cortisone shots and PT for me before the Doc clears me for rowing

Thanks for the offer but it looks very likely I will be back in the game by September   
Been dealing with rotator cuff issues for the last 16 years now so I know whats what.

I feel your pain.  I've had 4 spine surgeries since 5/24.  Although I think they finally got it right, My only chance is very late season.  Haven't even uncovered the boat yet.  I wonder if the heavy rain will mess things up.
