You never know how things work out,when i was wondering how Capt. Willie was doing so many people responded and then he must have seen the concern and told us about his hip. In the end it looks like He will be back,im glad i asked. Changing up the story i decided for the 1st time to make crab imperial from sundays catch on the kayak. My wife wanted me to make my traditional crab cakes,so i told her to be patient and relax. Here is a picture of the fial product i wish you could all try it,it was delicious.

Yes between the kerrys irish butter hellmans mayo and light cream it was tender and moist,  the italian seasoned bread crumbs on top gave it a little crunch.i must have had beginners luck making it.
