Ran necks on a 450 foot line and a dozen topless traps, this morning 7 - noon, incoming tide. Kept 45,  6" and > crabs. Water temp 71, wind wasn't much of a factor today. Beautiful day on the water

Looks like a great day. Thanks for the report.

Wahoo

Since someone ate crabs, others must have eaten spiders as well.  However, they were not tasty.
So afterwards, people stopped eating them.   These people deserve our heartfelt gratitude  :)

Billycrab

Great catch!!......how deep were the crabs there in the Sassafras?

Loup

We tried from 6 - 12 feet. Seemed like 8 feet or so produced the most crabs

Nice! Only did Sassafras once but thinking of going back again.

Nice looking crabs.  In the picture of the single crab looks like wind became a factor after you got off the water.
I love to fish, but I live to crab.

Loup

Yes, as the morning came to a close, wind picked up. Especially in the wide open stretches. We typically find sheltered bays where wind is minimized

I know you want us to ask, so I'll get it over with. What's with the 2.15.0.0 all of a sudden?
