Water temp 63-64. Depth 28-32'. Many crabs. 3-1 male-female. As many as there were, few were heavy in the AM and kept getting better as the day went on. My goal is to crab until the last legal day to crab even if that means following the crabs south.

How has your first year of crabbing been?

Big Liar

Just one of the few bad apples that keeps wizzing in the MSSA's and TF's milk.  Not because I have violations (because I don't'), but because I'm catching the resources that they claim to own and have more rights to.

Well, I'm still at it. Every week when I think I have it down, something new comes up- like falling off my boat along with 4,000' of baited lines in trash cans and going back in the middle of the night to try to find them with a grapple- did find one. Luckily I am building a loyal customer base and feel good about next season

Falling off your boat??  Were you by yourself...was the boat in gear?  Happened to me once too, lucky as [Sam Hill] to still be alive.
