Mattamuskeet JUMBO'S!!!!

Decided to try it 1 more time before it all winds down with cooler nights. Took the kids and ol' lady and had a blast. We tried the normal hot spot Waupoppin canal but there was a few too many peeps. So went back out to hwy 264 bridge 1 crab. Went up to the flood gates pulled up 6 fairly nice crabs all around 6". I decided to go try the Mattamuskeet lodge and no one was there! We could see the crabs the water was that clear(where it did'nt have floating grass.) But clear away that stuff drop your line and BAM one after another. You could toss your line to the crab a slowly taught him in close. Dumby me had a red hot peeler tossed  her back and 2 huge jimbos swam up to her,of course only one went home with her. I thought about it on the way home and I should have harnassed her and used her as live bait. (sorta like a leash) Well anyway ended up with 4dz. biggest badass crabs I-no we have ever caught down there. Some were almost 9"  with huge claws the crab probably weighed 2lbs. I've got pics but have'nt edited them yet. But will try to post on Wed.

Commercial crab potters do sometimes use females as jimmie bait and males for sook bait.

For some stupid reason I cant figure out how to down size the photos I have. Geez I thought I had them set low enough for e-mail etc. But every time I try to upload pics it's says file is to large? Seriously I do have the pics as a matter of fact I just sent some to 1 of my friends in MD. Oh well I will try to figure it out, any suggestions?

same problem here too,when the PC crached and burned i lost corel photo house and i downloaded Kodaks easy share stuff and can't resize it,
