Lake George-Crescent Lake-St Johns River crabbing

Hello,

I have only been crabbing since the beginning of the year and I have done well out in Merritt with the box traps (8incher, 20 or so 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 inchers.  I recently bought some of those Walmart Parlorless pots from Walmart and took them out to Lake George (at Salt Cove) with no results.  Does anyone know where the crabs are on the St John River string near Lake George?  Do pots work there and where specifically?  Any luck this year?  Additionally, is there any in Crescent Lake or Lake Beresford?  I run my pots off a canoe and my traps on foot.  Thanks.
