We shot a few sikia deer (the 1st time in 25 yrs) where I hunt in white haven. I hear they like milow. Does anyone know anything about it?  I seen a few places on rt 50 selling it and I wanted to find out about it before I bought any.
I searched on the web and didn't get much. Is it like mullet? Can I just mix it in with corn? Will whitetail eat it?
Or just the birds?
Thanks!

Hammbone,
Milo is just like mullet....I believe it seeds larger and grows higher as well. My experience with it inregards to deer, is that it is not that productive. They like it when it is young and tender, but not so much as it grows and matures. When the seed head is soft they'll eat it...but I was told it was bitter to deer. It is excellent for birds and Turkey....but mixing it with your corn might be a waste of money. We probably hunt very close to each other. I hunt on Ridge and Polks Rd.
