....There's nothing wrong with that, BF. Just think how many yearling deer will be harvested on Saturday.

I never understood why they get harvested.There is very little meat and it just seems wrong.The butcher charges the same no matter what size so I only harvest big mature deer.I know it is legal and I'm sure in some areas that have too many deer it is a necessary evil I just couldn't do it

Looked like dark eyes to me. Just looks like color phase bear. Nose is not pink as well. Bears can run a whole gamut of colors.

If you have never had bear it is great eating. A bear will yield about 50% like a deer.

If you got to the western states you will see plenty of blond color phase bears. An true albino would have pink eyes and nose. A unique trophy for sure since 95% are pure black.
