Just remember that the use of traps is restricted to holders of Recreational Lobster Permits ($50.00).  There is a lot more to know than just the information posted with this link.  Be sure to read the abstracts and also be sure you comply 100% with the specific trap regulations if you decide to use traps.  There is no easy way to do it and the fines are huge for even a simple mistake.  Everything has been posted on this site numerous times...........Do the research, read prior posts.  Ask the questions you have after you do it.  People of the BCA are always willing to help.
